Front Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification, refer to RADIATOR AND COOLANT FAN OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install the bumper cover end panel. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

-- Install the air duct on the air filter housing intermediate flange. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Install the lock carrier cover. Refer to LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant, refer to FILLING .

NOTE:

All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.
