Clutch Plate Pack, Removing

-- Remove the corrugated spring washer -5- ; it must be used again.

-- Remove the upper adjustment plate -4- from the input shaft cylinder -A-.

-- Measure the adjustment plate thickness -4- and note the measurement.

-- Remove all lining plates -2- and outer clutch plates -3- from the input shaft cylinder -A-.

-- Remove the lower adjustment plate -1- from the input shaft cylinder -A-.

-- Measure the adjustment plate thickness -1- and note the measurement.

CAUTION:

All old, used adjustment plates, outer clutch plates and lining plates must be replaced. They must not be reinstalled or else the input shaft function cannot be ensured (surface is worn).
The corrugated spring washer must be reused.
