Overview - Heater And A/C Unit Actuators

Actuators at the Heating and A/C Unit, Arrangement

NOTE:

A new generation of actuators is installed. These actuators no longer have a potentiometer.

After replacing an actuator, the address for all of the actuators must be adapted again using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

-A- shows the arrangement of the actuators on the left side of the heater and Air Conditioning (A/C) unit.

-B- shows the arrangement of the actuators on the right side of the heater and A/C unit.

Defroster Door Motor -V107-
- Removing and installing. Refer to DEFROSTER DOOR MOTOR -V107-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Left Side Vent Motor -V299-
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT SIDE VENT MOTOR -V299-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Left Center Vent Motor -V110-
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT CENTER VENT MOTOR -V110-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Left Footwell Door Motor -V108-
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT FOOTWELL DOOR MOTOR -V108-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Left Temperature Door Motor -V158-

Right Temperature Door Motor -V159-
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT TEMPERATURE DOOR MOTOR -V159-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Arrangement of the Indirect Ventilation Door Motor -V213- and the Right Indirect Ventilation Door Control Motor -V453-

NOTE:

The Indirect Ventilation Door Motor -V213- and the Right Indirect Ventilation Door Control Motor -V453- are only installed on vehicles having a second evaporator/heater core.

Installed under the instrument panel on the air channel intermediate piece
