Nut
- 500 Nm
- Always replace if removed
Outer CV Joint
- Replace only as a complete unit.
- Removing and installing. Refer to DRIVE AXLE, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- For the allocation. Refer to the Parts Information
Clamp
- Always replace if removed
- Tensioning. Refer to Figure.
CV Boot
- Check for tears and scuffing
- Material: Hytrel polyelastomer
Clamp
- Always replace if removed
- Tensioning. Refer to Figure.
Circlip
- Always replace if removed
- Insert in shaft groove
Drive Axle
- For the allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
CV Boot
- Check for tears and scuffing
- Material: Hytrel polyelastomer
Inner CV Joint
- Replace only as a complete unit.
- Removing. Refer to DRIVE AXLE, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING
- For the allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
Circlip
- Always replace if removed
- Insert into the inner CV joint groove
