Battery Fans --, Removing And Installing: Installing

NOTE:

Use locking fluid when installing the fan and the ventilation guide bolts.

Use new bolts when installing.

-- Position the respective fan on the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1- and fasten the three bolts -2-.

-- Tighten the fan bolts on the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1- to 10 Nm.

-- Engage the fan connectors in the retainer on the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1-.

-- Position the ventilation guide on the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1- and fasten it with the six bolts -1-.

-- Tighten the ventilation guide bolts on the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1- to 10 Nm.

-- Install the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1-. Refer to HYBRID BATTERY UNIT -AX1-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Restart the high voltage system and complete the required documentation. Refer to RESTARTING THE HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
