General Description
The most important components of the Touareg hybrid system are the Electro-Drive Drive Motor -V141-, the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1-, the high voltage cables and the Electric Drive Power and Control Electronics -JX1-, which contains the Voltage Converter -A19- and the Drive Motor Inverter -A37-.
Other components are the Electrical A/C Compressor -V470-, the low temperature cooling system, the fans for the Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1-, the decoupler, the Decoupler Pressure Sensor -G738- and the Electrical Power Steering Pump -V466-.
