Removing

-- Pull the hood release lever -1- and release the hood.
-- Insert a small screwdriver into the gap between the release lever -1- and the clip -2-.
-- Pry the clip -2- out of the hood release lever -1- in direction of -arrow a- and then remove the hood release lever from the bracket -3- in direction of -arrow b-.
Remove the lower A-pillar trim -4- to work on the mounting bracket -3-.
