Release Cable, Disconnecting

-- Open the hood.
-- Remove the release cable coupling -7- from the lock carrier in direction of -arrows a-.
-- Open the cap -5- of the release cable coupling in direction of -arrow b-.
-- Tilt the release cable -3- 90° in direction of -arrow c- and remove from the release cable coupling -7- in the direction of -arrow d-.
NOTE:
Make sure the grommet -4- is connected correctly when installing the release cable -3-.
When securing the release cable -3-, pay attention to the clip -2-.
- Before closing the hood, test the function of the release lever and release cable.
