Installing

The actuator -4- is installed.

-- Insert the water drain hose through the opening in the fuel filler door unit and pull the water drain hose through to the stop.

-- Insert the water drain hose into the side panel.

-- Insert the fuel filler door unit -1- first with the hinge side into the side panel -arrow a-.

-- Then tilt the fuel filler door unit completely into the side panel -arrow b-.

-- Press the fuel filler door unit into the side panel -arrow c- until the retaining hooks -3- are locked.

NOTE:

Make sure the hooks lock correctly in the side panel.

-- Pull the rubber grommet over the fuel filler tube and tighten the bolt.

Screw Tightening Specification -2- : 1.5 Nm.
