Bumper Cover, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the tail lamps. Refer to TAIL LAMPS .
-- Remove the screws -2-.
-- Loosen the right and left clip -3-.
-- Remove the bolts -9-.
-- Pull the wheel cover -5- from the 3 latching mechanisms in the bumper cover -1- -arrow a-.
-- Remove the left and right wheel housing liner bolts -7-.
-- Pull the rear bumper cover -1- out of the latching mechanisms of the lateral guides -4- -arrow b-.
-- Remove bolts -6 and 8-.
A second technician is required for the rest of the removal procedure.
-- Remove the rear bumper cover -1- from the vehicle -arrows c-.
-- Disconnect the connectors from any electrical components.
