Overview - Battery, Transceiver, Fuse And Wiring Harness

  1. 1 -Positive Connection
    • Red wire with suitable connection
  2. 2 -To Terminal 15a
    • Connection to terminal 15a. Refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram(s).
    • Ensure that this wire is protected by a fuse.
    • Fuse: maximum 15 A
  3. 3 -Antenna Ground
    • Ensure that there is a good ground connection to the body.
    • The antenna installation location must be treated with suitable corrosion protection.
  4. 4 -Transmitting/Receiving Antenna
  5. 5 -Shielded Antenna Wire
    • Wire with coaxial connector
  6. 6 -Telephone or Two-Way Radio Transmitter/Receiver Unit
  7. 7 -Wiring Harness
    • Voltage supply, positive side through a red wire with 2.5 mm 2 cross section.
    • Voltage supply, negative side through a brow wire with 2.5 mm 2 cross section.
    • If necessary wire to terminal 15a through a black wire with 1.5 mm 2 cross section.
  8. 8 -Fuse Panel
    • Install next to battery.
  9. 9 -To the Starter
  10. 10 -Battery
    • Installation location in engine compartment.
  11. 11 -Negative Wire
  12. 12 -Body Ground
