Installing

Tightening specifications intake manifold assembly overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - INTAKE MANIFOLD .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals

-- Install the Intake Flap Motor -V157- . Refer to OVERVIEW - INTAKE MANIFOLD .

-- Install the intake manifold upper section. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD UPPER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the high pressure lines. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, INSTALLING .

-- Inspect the fuel system for leaks. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
