Removing

WARNING:

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the intake manifold upper section. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD UPPER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the union nuts -2 and 3- and remove the high pressure line.

-- Carefully remove the Intake Flap Motor 2 -V275- connecting rod in direction of -arrow- .

-- Disconnect the connector -1- .

-- Remove the bolts -3- and then remove the Intake Flap Motor 2 -V275- -item 4- .

-- Disconnect the glow plug connectors from cylinders 4, 5 and 6.

-- Remove the EGR Cooler Switch-Over Valve -N345- -1- from the bracket.

-- Remove the bolt -4- .

-- Loosen the clamp -arrow- and remove the exhaust gas recirculation pipe -1- .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- .

-- Remove the intake manifold lower section carefully.

NOTE:

Seal the intake channels in cylinder head using a clean rag.
