Front Toothed Belt Guard
- Install it at the bottom and clip it secure on the sides

- 70 Nm
Bolt
- 23 Nm
High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket
- Remove using Puller - Pulley:T40064 . Refer to Figure.
Idler Roller
High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt
- Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker. A reversed turning direction can cause damage to the used toothed belt.
- Check for wear
- Removing and installing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Toothed Belt Tensioning Roller
Toothed Belt Drive Sprocket
Bolt
- 75 Nm
- With a washer
- Use the Wrench - Pin Type:3036 to loosen and tighten.
Bolt
- 23 Nm
