Reducing Agent Tank, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Raise the reducing agent tank carefully with the Engine and Gearbox Jack: VAS6931  until the wires and delivery line can be connected.

-- Position the insulation upper section on the reducing agent tank.

NOTE:

Make sure all of the components on the reducing agent tank are secure, the insulation upper section is positioned correctly and none of the lines are pinched.

-- Carefully raise the reducing agent tank using the Engine and Gearbox Jack: VAS6931  until it is possible to install the nuts.

-- Tighten the nuts to 20 Nm.

Assemble in reverse order of disassembly.

-- Install the stabilizer bar. Refer to OVERVIEW - STABILIZER BAR .

-- Fill the reducing agent tank. Refer to the appropriate Service Information.
