Reducing Agent Delivery Line, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

CAUTION:

The delivery line is preformed and equipped with a heating element that covers the entire length of it. Do not bend, twist or stretch the line. Otherwise the heating element and the line will be damaged.

-- Carefully guide the delivery line in over the rear axle or subframe and then over the particulate filter heat shield.

-- Remove the plugs and connect the delivery line to the Reducing Agent Injector -N474-.

-- Press the delivery line into the clips, working from front to rear.

-- Close the clips.

-- Install the reducing agent tank. Refer to REDUCING AGENT TANK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
