Catalytic Converter, Removing And Installing, Left (Bank 2): Installing:

- Catalytic converter and front muffler tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - EMISSIONS CONTROL .
- Steering column tightening specifications. Refer to appropriate service information. .
Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:
-- During installation, all cable ties must be installed at the same location.
-- Replace the seals, self-locking nuts and clamping sleeves.
-- Install the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
-- Fill with coolant for the high temperature coolant circuit. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING, HIGH TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT .
-- Re-energize the high voltage system. Refer to HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM GENERAL WARNINGS .
