Overview - Coolant System, Part 3

Replace the O-rings and seals.
Make sure the couplings are tight.
Tightening specifications:
M6 bolts: 10 Nm
M8 bolts: 20 Nm
- Coolant Expansion Tank
- Engine Coolant Circulation Pump 2 -V178-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Engine Coolant Circulation Pump 2 -V178-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Cylinder Block Shut-Off Valve
- To remove, remove the center plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER BULKHEAD .
- Heater Core Hoses
- Engine Oil Cooler
- Coolant Thermostat Housing
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT THERMOSTAT, REMOVING, INSTALLING AND CHECKING .
- Connection
- For the top of the radiator
- Check Valve
- Inside the coolant hose

- For the bottom of the radiator
