Overview - Coolant System, Part 2

Replace the O-rings and seals.
Make sure the couplings are tight.
TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS:
M6 bolts: 10 Nm
M8 bolts: 20 Nm
- ATF Pre-Heater
- Removing and installing. Refer to appropriate service information. .
- Cylinder Block Shut-Off Valve
- To remove, remove the center plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER BULKHEAD .
- Coolant Expansion Tank
- Engine Coolant Circulation Pump 2 -V178-
- Removing and installing. Refer to ENGINE COOLANT CIRCULATION PUMP 2 -V178-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- ATF Pre-Heater Shut-Off Valve
- To remove, remove the center plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER BULKHEAD .
