Connecting The Engine And Electro-Drive Drive Motor With Transmission:

Conditions:
- Needle bearing in the crankshaft was replaced.
- Engine and transmission with the electro-drive drive motor are positioned on the Scissor Lift Table:VAS6131B as when separating.
- Alignment bushings are present in the engine.
- Hydraulic pipe for the clutch mechanism secured with cable ties in its installation position.
-- Thinly coat the drive axle splines with Lubricating Grease:N 052 530 .
-- Coat the pin -1- thinly with Lubricating Grease:N 052 530 .
-- Install the Electric Drive Unit Guide Pins:T10441 in the engine.
-- Align the electro-drive drive motor with the centering pins. Check if the input shaft is centered in front of the release bearing.
-- Slide the electro-drive drive motor onto the engine. If necessary, correct the installation position of the transmission.
-- Evenly install the electro-drive drive motor and engine.
