Assembling

Replace the bolts.

-- Check if the alignment bushings -arrows- are present in the electro-drive drive motor.

-- Pay attention to the installation position of the bolts -1- in the torque converter -2- .

-- Position the electro-drive drive motor as shown on the transmission using the Shop Crane:VAS6100 .

-- Tighten the bolts -1 through 10- connecting the transmission to the electro-drive drive motor.

Tightening specification: 30 Nm + 90° additional turn Replace the bolts.

-- Tighten the three nuts for the torque converter -arrow- through the opening in the transmission. To do so, turn the input shaft an additional 120°. Insert the cap -1- .

Tightening specification: 60 Nm
