Relay And Fuse Carrier 2 -SR2-, Removing And Installing, RHD: Removing:

CAUTION:

Always follow the procedure in the service information when disconnecting the battery. The battery cut-out will be deactivated and damage to the vehicle electrical equipment may occur if the connecting sequence is not followed exactly. Refer to BATTERY .

-- Disconnect the battery. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

-- Remove the bracket for the Comfort System Central Control Module -J393-. Refer to COMFORT SYSTEM CENTRAL CONTROL MODULE -J393- BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

It is necessary to remove the fuse panel on the driver side because there is a wiring harness behind it. The wires can remain connected to the fuse panel.

-- Remove the fuse panel on the driver side. Refer to FUSE HOLDER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the 3 bolts -arrows- and lower the control module mount -1-. Be careful of the different wires still connected.

-- Release the latches -arrow- and pull the relay panel -1- to the rear out of the control module mount -2-.
