-- Disconnect the battery. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .
It is necessary to remove the fuse panel on the driver side because there is a wiring harness behind it. The wires can remain connected to the fuse panel.
-- Remove the fuse panel on the driver side. Refer to FUSE HOLDER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the footwell cover on the driver side. Refer to STORAGE COMPARTMENTS, COVERS AND TRIM .
-- Remove the screw -arrow-.
-- Disengage the bracket from the mounting -2- and remove the relay carrier together with the bracket -1-.
