-- Press the height adjustment button -3- on the headrest guide -4- in the -direction of the arrow- and pull the headrest -1- upward and out of the rear seat backrest -2-.
In addition, vehicles released in the USA and Canada are equipped with:
-- Push the cover and the cushion near the other headrest guide slightly to the rear.
-- Press the headrest guide release button inward and then remove the headrest.
