Backrest, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the seat. Refer to SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the seat belt latch. Refer to FRONT SEAT BELT LATCHES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the tunnel-side trim. Refer to TUNNEL-SIDE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the sill-side trim. SILL-SIDE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
-- Disconnect the wiring harness connectors for the backrest and expose the disconnected wiring harnesses.
NOTE:
The wiring harness between the connection point and the side airbag is continuous. When removing the backrest, the wiring harness must be pulled out of the fabric hose under the seat frame.
-- Remove the bolts -1-, -2-, -3- and -4-.
-- Remove the backrest.
