MISFUELING Guard, Removing And Installing, Plastic Door: Removing

-- Open the fuel filler door.
-- Clean the area around the fuel filler neck.
-- Remove the fuel filler neck cap -arrow-.
-- Unlock the locking tab on the locking ring using a TORX screwdriver, for example, T 15 -arrow-.
-- Insert the locking ring pliers into both holes -arrows- on the locking ring.
-- Turn the locking ring approximately 25° counter-clockwise.
-- Tilt the locking ring in the fuel filler neck and remove it through the cap opening -arrows-.
-- Remove the misfueling guard from the fuel filler neck -arrow-. Use locking ring pliers if necessary.
