MISFUELING Guard, Removing And Installing, Plastic Door: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:

-- Insert the misfueling guard into the fuel filler neck.

-- Insert the narrow tab on the misfueling guard into the groove on the fuel filler neck -arrows-.

-- Turn the locking ring clockwise 25° and install it using locking ring pliers.

-- If installed correctly, the markings on the locking ring and on the fuel filler neck will align -arrows-.
