Front Fender, Removing

NOTE:

-- Release the locking mechanisms -2- by pressing them together in direction of -arrows-.

-- Turn the cover -1- to release the retaining hooks -5- from the fender -3-.

-- Remove the cover.

NOTE:

Beneath the right fender, the washer fluid reservoir must be removed. Refer to WINDSHIELD WASHER SYSTEM .

-- Remove front bumper. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the foam piece between the fender and the longitudinal member.

-- Pull the web plate insulation out of the wheel housing.

-- Remove the hex nuts -6-.

-- Remove the bolts -2 and 4-.

-- Carefully remove the fender -1-.
