Instrument Trim, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition.
-- Use the :3409 to detach the instrument trim -1- from the mounts in the instrument panel.
-- Carefully remove the instrument trim from the instrument panel without tilting it.
-- If the right vent detaches from the instrument trim, the instrument housing cover must be removed. Refer to INSTRUMENT HOUSING COVER and the vent must be removed.
-- Disconnect the vent harness connectors.
-- If necessary, insert the decorative ring of the vent in the instrument trim and then connect it to the vent.
