ATF Circuit, Bleeding

WARNING:

Wear Protective Eyewear.

-- Perform road test and ATF temperature must reach at least 95 °C (203 °F) to bleed the ATF circuit.

When the air leaves the ATF circuit, the ATF level in the transmission decreases. Therefore, the ATF level must be checked again later after the fluid cools.

-- Let the ATF cool down to 30 °C (86 °F).

-- Check the ATF level again. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING AND FILLING .
