Vibration Damper, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following :

Tightening Specification. Refer to Figure.

NOTE:

Make Sure The Alignment Sleeve Is Installed Inside The Vibration Damper. Install Any Missing Alignment Sleeves.

Replace Any Bolts That Were Tightened With An Additional Turn.

Clean The Threaded Holes With A Thread Tap.

Install The Bolts With Locking Compound; Locking Compound.

The Vibration Damper Can Only Be Installed In One Position.

-- Install The Cooler With The Fan Shroud. Refer To RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install The Ribbed Belt. Refer To RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
