Drive Plate, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following: 

NOTE:

Replace the drive plate bolts.

In vehicles with a manual transmission or the multitronic transmission 0AW, there is a needle bearing in the drive plate. Do not insert a needle bearing in vehicles with the automatic transmission 0B6. Check if the needle bearing is inserted before installing. Remove needle bearing from drive plate and install. Refer to NEEDLE BEARING IN DRIVE PLATE, REPLACING .

-- Be careful of the alignment bushings during installation.

-- Turn the Counterhold - Flywheel:10-201  to tighten the bolts.
