Right Engine Mount, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:

The Engine Mounts Must Be Replaced In Pairs.

-- Remove The Engine Cover In Direction Of -arrows-.

-- Remove The Generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the :10-222A with the :T40093/6 on the left and right suspension strut tower, as shown in the illustration.

-- Engage The :10-222A/11 On The Right Rear Engine Lifting Eye.

-- Lightly Pretension The Engine Using The Spindle.

-- Remove The Nut -arrow- On The Right Longitudinal Member And Free Up The Ground (GND) Wires.

-- Disconnect and free up the connector -2- from the Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-.

-- Disconnect the electrical connector -2- on the Right Electrohydraulic Engine Mount Solenoid Valve -N145- and free up.

-- Remove The Right Engine Support Retaining Plate Bolts -1 And 4- And -Arrows-.

-- Free Up The Electrical Wiring Harness Located On The Right Engine Mount Retaining Plate -3-.

-- Move The Engine Mount Retaining Plate To The Side.

-- Lift The Engine Using The :10-222A/11 to dimension -a-.

Dimension -a- = approximately 20 mm.

-- Remove the right engine mount.
