Oil Spray Jets/Valves, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the intake manifold. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1, 4, 5, 6 and 7- on the high pressure line retaining clamps.

-- Disconnect the connectors on the fuel injectors.

-- Disconnect the high pressure lines from the connections -2 and 9- on the fuel rail.

-- Remove the high pressure lines -3 and 8- from the connectors on the fuel rail by counterholding at hex head with an open end wrench and loosening the union nut.

-- Remove the high pressure lines.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the cover together with the crankcase ventilation hose -1- and oil return hose -2-.

-- Remove the seal.

-- Remove the oil check valve -1- and spray nozzle valve -2-.
