Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Exterior Sounder: Removal

  1. On the left side. Remove the fender splash shield. Refer to: Fender Splash Shield .
  2. Remove the RKE exterior sounder.

    1. Disconnect the RKE exterior sounder electrical connector.
    2. Release the pin-type retainer and remove the RKE exterior sounder.
