Liftgate Latch: Removal

  1. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to: Liftgate Trim Panel .
  2. Remove the liftgate latch bolts.

    Torque: 177 lb.in (20 Nm)

  3. Remove the liftgate latch.

    1. Disconnect the liftgate latch electrical connectors.
    2. Remove the liftgate latch.
