Exterior Front Door Handle: Removal

Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to: Front Door Trim Panel .
Remove the watershield.

Disconnect the exterior front door handle electrical connector.

Remove the exterior front door handle access plug.

Remove the exterior front door handle and if equipped, the door lock cylinder.
1. Hold the exterior front door handle open.
2. Turn the release screw enough to release the exterior front door handle and if equipped, the door lock cylinder.
  Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
3. Remove the exterior front door handle and if equipped the door lock cylinder.
