Hands-Free Liftgate Actuation Upper Sensor: Removal

Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover .
- Remove the push pins, release the locating tabs and remove the liftgate module cover.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Disconnect the rear bumper cover wiring harness electrical connectors from rear bumper cover.
- Detach the wiring harness retainers from the rear bumper cover and separate the harness guides.
- Remove the screws, push pins and the rear bumper cover reinforcement.
- Cut the foam and separate the hands free liftgate actuation upper sensor.
