Condition Possible Sources Actions
A message center menu does not display or cannot be navigated Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test S 
An infortainment menu (audio, navigation or phone) does not display or cannot be navigated Steering wheel switch
ACM
APIM
SCCM
Steering wheel		 DIAGNOSE the audio, phone or navigation switch functions. Refer to: Information and Entertainment System .
A virtual display is inoperative Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test A 
The compass is inoperative Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test T 
The DTE-Average Fuel Economy (AFE) display is inoperative IPC CHECK the operation of the fuel gauge, the speedometer and the odometer.
If the fuel gauge does not operate correctly, GO to Pinpoint Test C 
If the speedometer does not operate correctly, GO to Pinpoint Test B 
If the odometer does not operate correctly, GO to Pinpoint Test D 
If the speedometer, the fuel gauge and the odometer operate correctly, Refer to IPC GUIDED ROUTINE TESTING -- NAVIGATOR .
The DTE display is incorrect or fluctuates Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test U 
The digital speedometer displays the incorrect speed Refer to the Pinpoint Test DIAGNOSE the ACC indicator. GO to Pinpoint Test AF 
The lane departure display is inoperative Lane departure warning system concern DIAGNOSE the lane keeping aid or lane keeping alert doesn't turn on or activate. Refer to: Lane Keeping System .
The off road display is inoperative Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test V 
The outside air temperature display is inoperative or incorrect Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test W 
The selectable drive mode display is inoperative Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test X 
The TPMS display does not show all tire pressures or is inoperative. Refer to the Pinpoint Test VERIFY the message center is set to display the TPMS tire pressures. REFER to the Owner's Literature for message center navigation.
If the message center is set to display the tire pressures, DIAGNOSE the TPMS RTT indicator. GO to Pinpoint Test R 
If the message center is not set to display the TPMS tire pressures, EXPLAIN to the customer how to navigate the message center menu to display the TPMS tire pressures.
The trailer information display is inoperative Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test Y
