Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoid: Removal

  1. Remove the RH valve cover. Refer to: Valve Cover LH .
  2. Remove the bolts and the RHVCT oil control solenoids.

    Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

  3. Remove the LH valve cover. Refer to: Valve Cover RH .
  4. Remove the bolts and the LHVCT oil control solenoids.

    Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
