Cam Actuator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Check the O-ring for damage

CAUTION:

The engine could be damaged.

Bring all of the pins for all of the cam adjustment actuators into the installed position.

-- Press down the cam adjustment actuator pins in direction of -arrow- by hand.

The pins for all of the adjusting elements must not be in the outward position.

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
