Rear Axle
- Brake caliper with two bleeder screws (depending on vehicle equipment).
-- Remove both bleeder screw caps -1- from the rear left brake caliper.
-- Select the Brake Bleeding Tool Set :VAS 6564 ratchet and the corresponding socket wrench and connect them.
-- Guide the bleed hose -1- out of the Brake Bleeding Tool Set :VAS 6564 from the inside of the wheel rim through the ratchet -2- and the socket wrench -3-, and attach it to the bleeder screw.
-- Open the bleeder screw using the ratchet -2- and drain the corresponding brake fluid quantity (see table).
-- Close bleeder screw.
-- Guide the bleed hose -1- out of the Brake Bleeding Tool Set :VAS 6564 from the outside of the wheel rim through the ratchet -2- and the socket wrench -3-, and attach it to the bleeder screw.
-- Open the bleeder screw using the ratchet -2- and and drain the corresponding brake fluid quantity (see table).
-- Close bleeder screw.
-- Install the bleeder screw cap on the brake caliper.
-- Repeat the steps for the rear right.
