Clamping brackets; quantity: 2. Refer to the Parts information.

-- Follow all safety precautions. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .

-- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Open the fuel filler door.

-- Clean the area around the fuel filler tube.

-- Remove the fuel filler cap -arrow-.

-- Press back the lower release tab -1- with a screwdriver -2- in the direction of -arrow A-.

-- Insert the clamping bracket -3- into the opening in the filler tube in the direction of -arrow B- and then press on it until it clicks into place.

-- Press back the upper release tab -2- with a screwdriver -1- in the direction of -arrow A-.
