NOTE:

Follow all the rules of cleanliness, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Remove the front bumper cover -1-, refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the air guide -1- and intermediate flange -2- from the air filter housing.

-- Open the retainers -arrows A- and move air guide -1- to the right to toward the center of the vehicle -arrow B-.

-- Remove the air guide hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Remove the air guide hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -1-.

-- Push the lock downward -arrow A- and move the charge air cooler upward slightly in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Remove the charge air cooler upward from the radiator. Pay attention to the left air guide at the same time.
