Spray Nozzles, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.

-- Remove the air intake grille, refer to Front Bumper .

-- Release the springs -3 and 4- on the spray nozzle upward and, at the same time, pull the spray nozzle -5- out from its mount toward the rear.

-- Clamp off the windshield washer fluid hose -1- with the hose clamps 3094.

NOTE:

Lay a cloth under the point of separation to catch any washer fluid.

-- Remove the clamp -1- to remove the washer fluid hose -2-.

NOTE:

If the nozzle cannot be removed as described (depending on the vehicle equipment), then remove the front wheel housing liner or the front bumper cover. Removing the front wheel housing liner, refer to LOWER REAR LID TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING , or removing the front bumper cover, refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1- and press the wheel housing liner to the side.

-- If installed, remove the side cooler for the charge air cooling circuit, refer to FRONT RADIATOR CHARGE AIR COOLING CIRCUIT, REMOVING .

-- Clamp off the windshield washer fluid hose -1- with the hose clamps 3094.

NOTE:
