Socket Illumination Bulb -L42- REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 12 V Socket 2 -U18-: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.
-- Remove the 12 V socket, refer to 12 V Socket 2 -U18-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Release the retaining clips -arrows-.
-- Remove the illumination ring -1- with the Socket Illumination Bulb -L42- from the rear center console trim -2-.
