NOTE:

The mechanic must electrostatically discharge him/herself before disconnecting ignition and ground (GND) wires (briefly touch closing wedge for door or body).

CAUTION: The airbag adapter VAS 6036 must remain connected to the seat until the seat is reinstalled.

1 - Seat connector power supply connector (red)

2 - Airbag adapter power supply connector (red)

3 - Airbag adapter connector (yellow)

4 - Airbag connector (yellow)

Disconnect ignition and Ground (GND) wires.
Connect airbag connector - 4 - to airbag adapter connector - 3 -.
If present: Connect the airbag adapter power supply connector - 2 - to the seat connector power supply connector - 1 -.
