Left and right instrument panel vents, removing and installing

Removing

Carefully remove instrument panel vent rearward using special hook 3370.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal.

Removing

Remove instrument panel → Instrument panel, removing and installing .
Remove air quality sensor from damaged side.

Cut through weld points - 2 - (4x) flush to air guide using a sharp knife.

Remove damaged air vent.
Drill 5 mm hole at points - 2 - (3x).

Installing

Install new air duct, ensuring no parts lie in the air channel.
Rivet in the provided pop rivets for air guide at points - 2 - (3x).
Install the provided bolt - 3 - for air guide.

Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
