Roof joint strip (Sedan), removing and installing

1 - Roof joint strip
- Removing:
- Carefully pry out of roof joint starting from rear.
- Installing:
- Install seal profile - 2 - onto roof joint strip - 1 -.
- Coat seal profile with lubricant (e.g. soap).
- Slide in roof joint strip under gap cover starting at windshield - 3 - and press into roof joint in sections up to half way.
- Also slide in roof joint strip under gap cover at rear window and press completely into roof joint.
2 - Seal profile
- Coat with lubricant before installing.
