Metal valve body, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench V.A.G 1410

Place metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.
Position beveled washer and union nut from outside and tighten.

Secure against turning with counterhold - 1 - (e.g. drill bit 2 mm dia.).

Press wheel electronics - 1 - into bed and fasten at rear of valve with microencapsulated screw.
